Before Edmonds’ 'Crinkley Bottom' went tits up, I was a regular on Noel’s House Party. I played the pizza delivery boy with the hilarious lisp (my own creation). I shared a dressing room with Mr Blobby who was a right nonce. Fresh out of drama school, he would spend up to two hours ‘finding his character’ before every single show. My agent, Bernie Shimshelwitz, snapped him up and now has him flogging Spanish properties in Waterloo Station dressed as a pan of Paella. He graduated top of his class at RADA that boy…how does he sleep at night.
