Flippin' Hell Nan get it right.

My dear old Nan got well excited when my agent, Bernie Shimshelwitz, wangled me an audition for BBC’s sneaky spy drama Spooks. She insisted that she send her latest squeeze (Clifford ‘Budgie’Rothman) round to the flat as he'd spent years working for MI5. It was only when Budgie turned up with a shit load of colour charts and a van load of coving that I realised that she meant MFI. Don’t get me wrong I love Nan but sometimes she’s as thick as mince. It wasn’t a complete waste of time though, Budgie’s top drawer and he’s led one hell of a life. He got captured on day one of WW2 and spent the rest of the war putting flat packed furniture together for the Nazis. He’s a real diamond and has been good company for Nan since she lost my Grandad (Ikea Thurrock, 2001.)
