Now I’m not one to hold a grudge but I know Sir Jim’ll missed a trick by ignoring my ‘fix it’ requests. 23 letters I wrote, back in the day, and not so much as a “Now then, now then” from the silver fixer. It wasn’t even as if I was asking for the world. All I wanted to do was spend the day at Alton Towers with my favourite pop star. It’s never too late though and what with Jim resurrecting the old show last year it’s time to start sending the letters again. Come on Jim! Fix it for old HB, I mean it’s not as if Gary Glitter’s getting any younger. Me and Gary on ‘Oblivion’, TV gold.
